westiectweets and BiderooBirdy on Twitter. I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting some, but this is certainly one reason I read more than 10 million words of MDZS fic this year 😂
I simplified this image a little compared to my initial effort so it would be more readable, but honestly, the character dynamics in MDZS are universally so layered and fascinating that you could throw almost any pair of characters together and come up with an interesting fic. The list of MDZS ships I wouldn't read at all under any circumstances is rather short!
I couldn't figure out a way to add in poly ships without making it unreadable and confusing, but mine include:
I didn't include normal sibling relationships for the same reason of readability. I do dabble in Jadecest and occasionally Niecest or Chengxian, but Wei Wuxian & Jiang Cheng & Jiang Yanli, Lan Xichen & Lan Wangji, Nie Mingjue & Nie Huaisang, Wen Qing & Wen Ning, and Jin Zixuan & Jin Guangyao & Mo Xuanyu & Qin Su are all fully capable of making me lose my mind with & alone.
