Two fun canon divergence fics for The Untamed, the first plotty and the second smutty:

Fentao-laoshi's Guide to Cut-Sleeve Pleasures, Lan Wangji/Wei Wuxian, 31k, explicit

Lan Wangji says, “I am also looking to . . . gain practical experience. It seemed mutually advantageous.”

“Mutually advantageous,” Wei Wuxian echoes. “Wait. Do you mean I’d get to . . . ?”

Lan Wangji stares at him.

“Practice — on you?” Wei Wuxian finishes, his eyes round with disbelief.

I think this is the crackiest thing I've ever read for this fandom, but it made me laugh out loud more than once, so.

Nirvana in Fire Fic Recs

A pair of short and sweet post-canon smut fics:

Transatlanticism, Phupha/Tian, 1k, explicit

Phupha in the flesh prodded at his belly gently. "What are you smiling about?" he whispered, his breath hot under the cover of blankets.

Tian reached up and held Phupha's cheek in his palm, because he could. He was allowed this. He was allowed to touch.
